If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you confirm that you have their authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they will be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Our services are provided in accordance with Albanian tourism legislation, including but not limited to Law No. 93\/2015 &#8220;On Tourism&#8221; and all relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment of the Republic of Albania.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>2. All our guides hold official Albanian tourism licenses, and our vehicles are insured and registered in accordance with Albanian transport regulations.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>3. Booking Process and Quotations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>3.1 Inquiry and Quotation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Tour prices are not displayed publicly as they vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Number of participants (individual, couple, small group, large group)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Tour duration and specific dates<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Accommodation standard selected (3-star, 4-star, boutique, guesthouse)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Specific inclusions requested (meals, entrance fees, special activities)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Transportation requirements<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Seasonal variations<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Special requests or customizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Upon receiving your inquiry through our contact form, email, or telephone, our team will review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours during business days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The quotation will specify:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Total price per person or per group<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Detailed itinerary<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All inclusions and exclusions<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Payment schedule<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Cancellation policy applicable to your specific booking<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Any special terms relevant to your tour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>3.2 Quotation Validity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, accommodation availability, or significant changes in operational costs. We reserve the right to revise quotations after the validity period.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>3.3 Booking Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Your booking is confirmed only when:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-decimal space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">You have accepted our quotation in writing (email confirmation is acceptable)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">You have paid the required deposit (see Section 4)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We have issued written confirmation of your booking<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Until all three conditions are met, your booking is considered provisional and subject to availability.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>4. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>4.1 Deposit Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.<\/strong> This deposit must be paid within 5 days of receiving our confirmation invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Client cancellation for any reason<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Failure to obtain visa (where applicable)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Changes in personal circumstances<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Natural events or force majeure<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Changes in travel restrictions or health requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The deposit secures your booking, covers our administrative costs, and commits us to reserving services on your behalf with our partners (hotels, restaurants, guides, transport providers).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>4.2 Final Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The remaining balance (60% of total tour price) must be paid <strong>in full upon your arrival in Albania before the tour commences.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We accept payment by:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Bank transfer<\/strong> to our Albanian bank account (details provided in confirmation documents)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Cash payment<\/strong> in person (EUR or Albanian Lek) at our office or upon meeting your guide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>We do not accept credit card payments, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods at this time.<\/strong> All payments must be made via official bank transfer for proper documentation and compliance with Albanian financial regulations.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>4.3 Bank Transfer Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Bank transfer information will be provided in your booking confirmation. Please ensure:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">You use the exact reference number provided<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">You allow 1-3 business days for international transfers to clear<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">You cover any bank fees (transfers should be made &#8220;OUR&#8221; &#8211; sender pays all charges)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">You retain proof of payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>4.4 Currency<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. If paying in Albanian Lek, the exchange rate used will be the official Bank of Albania rate on the date of payment, plus a 2% conversion fee to cover currency exchange costs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>4.5 Late Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">If the deposit is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the provisional booking without further notice. If the final balance is not paid upon arrival as specified, we reserve the right to refuse service, and all payments made (including the 40% deposit) will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>4.6 Price Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Once your deposit is paid and booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed except in cases of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Significant changes in government taxes or fees<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Currency fluctuations exceeding 10% between booking and travel date<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Force majeure events requiring substantial operational changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">If price increases are necessary, we will notify you immediately. Price increases exceeding 10% of the original tour price entitle you to cancel with full refund of all payments made.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>5. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>5.1 Cancellation by Client<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to <a class=\"underline\" href=\"mailto:info@albaculture.com\">info@albaculture.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written notification.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Cancellation Charges:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>More than 60 days before tour start date:<\/strong> 40% deposit forfeited; any additional payments refunded within 14 business days<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>30-60 days before tour start date:<\/strong> 40% deposit forfeited; any additional payments refunded minus 50% of remaining balance<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Less than 30 days before tour start date:<\/strong> 100% of total tour price forfeited (no refund)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>No-show or cancellation after tour has commenced:<\/strong> 100% of total tour price forfeited (no refund)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>5.2 Cancellation by AlbaCulture<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Insufficient participant numbers (for group tours)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Force majeure events (see Section 11)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Safety concerns<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Circumstances beyond our reasonable control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">If we cancel your tour (except for force majeure), you will receive:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Full refund of all payments made, OR<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Option to reschedule to alternative dates with no additional charges, OR<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Option to modify to alternative tour of equivalent or greater value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We are not liable for any consequential losses, including but not limited to flights, accommodation booked independently, or loss of earnings.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>5.3 Tour Modifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Minor modifications to published itineraries may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, site closures, or other operational factors. We will make every reasonable effort to provide equivalent alternatives. Such modifications do not entitle clients to refunds or compensation unless the modification substantially alters the tour character.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Major modifications requiring significant changes to itinerary or inclusions will be communicated to you immediately with options to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Accept modified tour at original price<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Accept modified tour with price adjustment (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Cancel with full refund minus reasonable costs already incurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>6. Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>6.1 Insurance Requirement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong> covering, at minimum:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Trip cancellation and interruption<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Loss or damage to personal belongings<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Personal liability<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Activities you plan to undertake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>6.2 Our Liability Limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Travel insurance is not mandatory but is highly advisable. We are not responsible for costs arising from:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Medical emergencies or illness during the tour<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Loss, theft, or damage to personal property<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Trip cancellation due to personal circumstances<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Delays or disruptions outside our control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any costs that would have been covered by insurance.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>6.3 Insurance Coverage Verification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We may request proof of adequate travel insurance before tour commencement. Failure to provide insurance does not affect our terms regarding cancellation charges or liability limitations.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>7. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>7.1 Standard Inclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Unless otherwise specified in your specific quotation, our tours typically include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Professional licensed guide (English and\/or French speaking)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Transportation in modern, insured, air-conditioned vehicles<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Accommodation as specified (double occupancy standard)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Meals as specified in itinerary<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites, and attractions mentioned in itinerary<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Airport transfers (on first and last day of tour)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All tourist taxes and hotel service charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>7.2 Standard Exclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Unless otherwise specified, our tours do NOT include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">International flights to\/from Albania<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Travel insurance<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Visa fees (if applicable to your nationality)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Meals not specified in itinerary<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Alcoholic beverages (except where specifically included)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Personal expenses (souvenirs, laundry, telephone calls, etc.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Tips\/gratuities for guides and drivers (optional but appreciated)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Optional activities not listed in itinerary<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Single room supplement (if you require single occupancy)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Any services not explicitly mentioned in &#8220;inclusions&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>7.3 Customization<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Your specific quotation will clearly list all inclusions and exclusions for your particular tour. Always refer to your confirmed booking documentation for precise details.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"border-border-300 my-2\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\"><strong>8. Accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>8.1 Hotel Standards<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Hotels are classified according to Albanian local standards, which may differ from international classifications. We partner with carefully selected 3-star and 4-star properties (local standards) that meet our quality criteria for cleanliness, safety, and service.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>8.2 Room Allocation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Standard pricing is based on double occupancy (two people sharing one room with two separate beds or one double bed)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Triple rooms (three people sharing) are available at some properties, usually at reduced per-person rate<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Single travelers requiring private room must pay single supplement (specified in quotation)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Room allocation is at hotel&#8217;s discretion; specific room requests cannot be guaranteed but will be passed to hotels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>8.3 Hotel Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equivalent or higher standard if circumstances require. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\"><strong>8.4 Hotel Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Any issues with accommodation must be reported immediately to your guide or our emergency contact so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
